The Kentucky Health Center Network (KHCN) is the membership organization for Kentucky’s Community Health Centers, dedicated to strengthening their capacity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Established in 2012 and funded through HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care, KHCN supports members through health IT optimization, data modernization, cybersecurity, training, and collaborative learning opportunities. In 2025, KHCN member organizations served more than 735,000 patients across 635 clinic sites, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing health outcomes and continuous improvement.
