Dr. Marie Brown, Director of Practice Transformation at the American Medical Association, was recently in Lexington to meet with Chief Medical Officers of KHCN member organizations. Dr. Brown led discussion of and presented information from the AMA Steps Forward Program®, which provides innovation strategies that offer real-world solutions to practice challenges and tools to overcome barriers and restore the joy in the practice of medicine.
